Biography
We’ve all heard the saying, “a photo is worth a thousand words.” Among the vast range of human emotions, photography has the unique ability to evoke memories, reveal new perspectives, and inspire reflection or even behavioural change. In this way, photography not only stirs emotion, it broadens how we see the world.
If art is a medium that can spark emotion, then I believe photography is art.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve travelled from the Arctic landscapes of Alaska and Canada to the vibrant cultures of Colombia, Norway, and Turkey. Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for both architecture and nature. I’m drawn to capturing the aesthetic beauty of cities, monuments, trees, flowers, landscapes, and everyday people. Some of my work falls under the categories of portrait, street, architectural, or still life photography, while other images explore minimalist themes. I enjoy experimenting with colour, light, shadows, contrast, and composition to tell a story or convey an authentic feeling captured in a fleeting moment.
My journey in photography began in college with a 35mm Pentax K1000. Since then, my enthusiasm has never wavered. A visit to the Fotografiska Museum in Stockholm in 2013, followed by several World Press Photo exhibitions, reignited my passion and deepened my commitment to the craft. Today, whenever I take my camera out for a shoot, I feel time slow down, giving me the space to focus entirely on the creative process.
Until 2023, I primarily used smartphones and Nikon DSLRs (D40 and D5200), editing with tools such as Snapseed and Lightroom. While some of my earlier work was limited in technical quality, I invite you to appreciate the composition and perspective behind my favourite shots. They reflect how I see the world and how that perspective might bring value to your project or story.
In 2024, I took a significant step forward by investing in professional photography equipment. With this new chapter, I’m excited to share more of my work online, explore new collaborations, and take on creative mandates.
